“I
am very proud to be in an industry that lends itself to helping others
achieve their ultimate desire of home ownership.”
My
19 years in real estate working for companies such as Re/Max and Royal
LePage and also 17+ years in the mortgage industry has given me the
background and experience to handle almost any situation that would
or could face any client and differentiate myself from most of my peers
in the industry.
It
is my strong determination and dedication to the industry that led to
my being honoured with the opportunity of working for two of the largest
companies in the mortgage broker industry as Regional Manager of Ontario
and Atlantic Canada on two different occasions.
It
is my belief that continuing education and honing ones skills in whatever
profession one chooses such as earning the prestigious designation of
AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) with CAAMP solidifies and exemplifies
my loyalty, belief, and willingness to make the mortgage brokerage business
a truly professional entity and one that is chosen first by consumers
when seeking that special person required to assist them with making
the most important and expensive decision of their lives – home ownership!
It
was through my interest in hockey that I got into coaching minor hockey
throughout the province that led me to joining the Kiwanis Club and
in time was fortunate and pleased to have been a Past President of the
Garden City Kiwanis Club in St. Catharines, Ontario. It is also an extreme
pleasure being on the Board of Directors of Grace Anglican Church and
a Rectors Warden in the church as well. I could not think of two better
ways of putting something back into our community than what both of
these two organizations have meant to me over the years.
I
am married to Betty for 32+ years and have two beautiful children, Kathy
and Stephen.
