Obviously,
each deal that we diligently underwrite and present to you as
an investor is unique and thus is priced according to risk. In
today's market the average rate of return on second mortgages
has been ranging from 12.00% to 16.00%. This is, of course, subject
to specific deal underwriting, client and property qualification
and ultimately investor approval.
