Olive et Gourmando opened its doors in 1998 in Old Montreal, where, at the time, there wasn't much going on. Eric convinced Dyan, while they were both working at Toqué! to start their own project. They started with a bakery that evolved into homemade desserts and exceptional dishes. A bit like the version you know or will discover.  Olive et Gourmando is beautiful, succulent food bursting with quality ingredients and homemade products, cooked and served by fantastic people in a vibrant location.
