Smoking and Drugs: Royalmount is a smoke-free and vape-free establishment in compliance with all government legislation. Smoking, vaping, and the use of cannabis or any illegal drug not permitted, both inside and outside of the shopping centre.
Loitering: Loitering or congregating in large groups is prohibited.
Disruptive Behavior: Use of skateboarding, rollerblading, scooters or bicycles is strictly prohibited in the shopping centre. Running, littering, profane language, mischief, and anyunsafe use of elevators and escalators are also prohibited. Any act that violates municipal, provincial or federal laws or regulations is prohibited.
Audio & Video Equipment: Personal entertainment and electronic devices may only be operated at accepted locations and reasonable volume levels.
Taking photos or videos of customers, employees, or tenants, both inside and outside of the property, is prohibited without their explicit consent.
No recording is permitted in bathrooms, nursing rooms, private areas, stores (without approval), or restricted areas. Shopping centre management reserves the right to review and approve the content of any publication or broadcast to ensure its compliance and to request its removal if deemed non-compliant or in violation of any applicable law.
Requests for authorization to film, photograph, or produce content must be submitted to the shopping centre management with a description of the project, the areas involved, and the equipment used. No activity may begin without written confirmation. It is strictly prohibited to use the name, logo, image, or facilities of the Royalmount shopping centrein any content, save and except with prior written approval from shopping centremanagement.
Distributing literature / soliciting: Distributing printed materials and / or soliciting of any kind is strictly prohibited, save and except with prior written approval from shopping centre management.
Attire: Guests must be appropriately dressed and shoes worn at all times.
Personal mobility devices: Motorized wheelchairs or medical scooters must be operated at low speeds to ensure the safety of all visitors.
Animals: Dogs and service animals are welcome at Royalmount. Dogs and service animals are welcome at Royalmount. No other animals are permitted. Owners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring their animals do not cause disturbances, including continuous barking or disruptive behaviour. Owners of dogs and service animals agree to indemnify the owner of Royalmount for any physical or property damage caused by their animal inside or outside the shopping centre.

Royalmount reserves the right to administer and enforce all shopping centre rules and policies in accordance with Quebec Laws. Anyone who fails to comply with these rules may be asked to cease the activity, expelled from the shopping centre, or reported to the authorities.
