Gift Card Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Effective Dates: August 28, 2025 – August 31, 2025 Location: In-person only, at the ROYALMOUNT booth during the Asian Night Market event (the Event). Promotion Description Customers who purchase in person a $500 (CAD) ROYALMOUNT Gift Card will receive a separate bonus Gift Card valued at $25 (CAD), representing 5%. The bonus gift card is subject to the same conditions of use as the standard ROYALMOUNT Gift Card.
List of participating merchants: www.royalmount.com/experiences-client/detaillantscarte Eligibility Criteria You must have reached the age of majority in the province or territory where you receive the bonus gift card, as part of the Event or where purchase the Card. Promotion is open solely to individuals physically present at the Event between August 28 and August 31, 2025.
Purchases made online or outside of the designated booth are not eligible. Purchase Limits Minimum purchase $500 CAD. Maximum ROYALMOUNT gift card purchase of $5,000 CAD, per person, per day of the Event. The maximum amount per card activated: $1000 CAD (as such, multiple cards will be issued if necessary). Accepted Methods of Payment All standard payment methods are accepted, except cash and cheques. Use of prepaid or third-party gift cards may be restricted. Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay are also accepted.
Refund Policy All sales made by gift card are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are possible, the whole subject to applicable legal obligations in Québec (e.g., defective card). Use of Gift Cards Valid only at participating merchants within ROYALMOUNT. Not reloadable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Validity & Security ROYALMOUNT Gift Cards do not expire for their monetary value. ROYALMOUNT and Peoples Trust are not responsible in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the gift cards.
Availability & Termination Limited quantities, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once allocated quantities are exhausted, the promotion automatically ends, without notice. ROYALMOUNT reserves the right to suspend or modify the promotion in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, in accordance with applicable laws.
Legal Notice Promotion administered by ROYALMOUNT in accordance with Québec laws. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Québec courts. Card issued by Peoples Trust Company. Funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) Gift Cards issued by Peoples Trust Company. Funds not insured by CDIC. Privacy Any collection of personal information for identity or eligibility verification will be carried out in accordance with Québec’s personal data protection legislation. Acceptance of Terms By participating, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Language Clause In case of discrepancy between the English and French versions, the French version shall prevail.
