1) Eligibility
a) This contest is open only to residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
b) Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of ROYALMOUNT, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible.
2) Contest Period
a) The contest begins at 8:00 a.m.on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, and ends at 6:00p.m. (EST) on Saturday, June 14, 2025.
ROYALMOUNT reserves the right to modify the terms or terminate the contest at any time.
3) How to Participate
a) No purchase necessary.
b) Participants can participate as follows:
i. Download the ROYALMOUNT mobile app;
ii. Vote for your favourite car on the ROYALMOUNT mobile app;
c) A maximum of 1 entry per person per day is permitted.
4) Content Guidelines
a) Content associated with the contest and ROYALMOUNT must not: be offensive or expose any individual or group to hatred or contempt; contain pornography or sexually explicit material; include threats or harassment; be defamatory or threatening;Encourage public opposition to ROYALMOUNT, its merchants, or clientele; violate any law of Quebec or Canada. ROYALMOUNT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or in violation of the contest rules.
5) Prize
a) One winner per day selected from the day’s votes:
i) Wednesday, June 11, 2025: $500.00 gift card redeemable at M2
ii) Thursday, June 12, 2025: $500.00 gift card redeemable at Le Fou Fou
iii) Friday, June 13, 2025: $500.00 gift card redeemable at Rennaï
iv) Saturday, June 14, 2025: $500.00 gift card redeemable at La Maison Monaco
b) The prizes are non-refundableandcannot be exchangedfor cash.
6) Winner Selection and Notification
a) The winner is selected by random draw from all eligible entries of the day.
b) The draw takes place at 10:00 a.m. the day after each contest day (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
c) The winner will be contacted via email and must confirm eligibility and accept the prize within 5 days by signing a form confirming acceptance (see section Claiming the Prize).
7) Claiming the Prize
a) To claim the prize, the winner must:
i. Provide proof of identity and Quebec residency;
ii. Sign a declaration of eligibility;
iii. Consent to the publication of their identity and photo on digital platforms;
iv. Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
b) Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be drawn.
8) Publicity & Media Rights
a) By entering, the winner grants ROYALMOUNT a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and worldwide license to publish, reproduce, and distribute their contest content across all platforms and media. The winner also authorizes ROYALMOUNT to use their name, image, voice, and city of residence for promotional purposes, including digital platforms, without compensation or additional authorization.
9) Privacy
a) Personal information will be used solely for the administration of the contest.
10) Governing Law
a) All decisions by ROYALMOUNT regarding the enforcement of these terms are final and binding for all participants, without appeal.
b) This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
