THE ULTIMATE DAY AT ROYALMOUNT 
VALUED AT $10,000

1.  Eligibility:

• This contest is open only to legal residents of Quebec, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of ROYALMOUNT, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household as such employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives are not eligible.

2.  Contest Period:

• The contest begins on Thursday, May 15^th, 2025 and ends Sunday, June 8th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be eligible.

3.  How to Enter:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• To enter, participants must:
  1.  Follow @royalmount on Instagram or TikTok.
  2.     Tag a friend in the comments section of any official giveaway post on Instagram. Each comment with a tagged friend counts as one entry.
  3.     For a bonus entry, participants can share the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tag @royalmount. 
• Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must comply with the entry guidelines.

4.  Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive $10,000 in gift cards to be used at Royalmount.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• ROYALMOUNT reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

5.  Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
• The random drawing will take place on or around June 9^th, 2025, and the winner will be announced on ROYALMOUNT’s Instagram account.
• The selected winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.
• If the selected winner does not respond within the specified time, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

6.    Skill-Testing Question:    

• Before being officially declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

7.    Claiming the Prize:

• The winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, and to provide proof of identity and Quebec residency before receiving the prize.
• The prize will be delivered to the winner by a method determined by ROYALMOUNT.

8.    Publicity:

•  By entering the contest, participants agree to ROYALMOUNT's use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

9.    Privacy:

•  Personal information collected from participants will be used only for the administration of the contest and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the contest or as required by law.

10.   General Conditions:

•  ROYALMOUNT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ROYALMOUNT's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by ROYALMOUNT in its sole discretion.
• Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, ROYALMOUNT reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• ROYALMOUNT's failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Meta. You are providing your information to ROYALMOUNT and not to these platforms.

11.  Limitation of Liability:

• By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ROYALMOUNT, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable

12.  Governing Law:

• The contest is governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
• Not subject to approval by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

13.    Disputes:

• Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Quebec, Canada
