Gift Card Promotion

Promotion Description
During the promotional period, customers who purchase a ROYALMOUNT gift card worth $500 CAD in person, at the Concierge desk, will receive a $25 CAD bonus card, issued as a separate gift card. The bonus card is subject to the same terms of use as the standard ROYALMOUNT gift card. 

Purchase limit of $5,000 CAD per customer, per day. While supplies of bonus cards last. Limited quantities.

Eligibility Criteria
This promotion is offered exclusively to individuals purchasing a gift card in person at the ROYALMOUNT Concierge desk, during the promotional period. Purchases made online or outside the designated promotional zone are not eligible.

Purchase Limits and Conditions
The minimum transaction value required to be eligible for the bonus card is $500 CAD.
A maximum purchase of $5,000 CAD, per person, per day is permitted under this promotion.

Each ROYALMOUNT gift card may hold a maximum balance of $1,000 CAD.
Multiple cards may be issued in accordance with these limits.

Accepted Payment Methods
All standard payment methods are accepted, with the exception of cash and cheques. The use of prepaid cards or third-party gift cards to purchase ROYALMOUNT gift cards may be subject to additional restrictions. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay are also accepted.

Refund and Exchange Policy
All gift card purchases made as part of this promotion are considered final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted, subject to applicable laws in the province of Quebec.

Use of Gift Cards
ROYALMOUNT gift cards, including bonus cards, may only be used at authorized participating merchants within the ROYALMOUNT complex.

These cards are non-reloadable, non-refundable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Availability and End of Promotion
Promotional gift cards are offered in limited quantities and will be distributed while supplies last. Once the planned quantity of cards has been issued, the promotion will end automatically, even if this occurs before September 14^th , 2026. ROYALMOUNT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to end, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time and for any reason, including before the stated end date, without notice to participants. Such changes will be made in accordance with applicable laws in the province of Quebec.

Legal Notice
This offer is administered by ROYALMOUNT in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the province of Quebec.

Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Gift cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Funds loaded onto ROYALMOUNT gift cards are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC).

By participating in this promotion, the participant acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.
