Promotion ROYALMOUNT Gift Cards

Description of the promotion
During the promotional period, customers who purchase, in person at the Concierge, a ROYALMOUNT gift card with a value of CAD $500 (or more) in a single transaction will receive a bonus equal to 5% of the purchase value, issued on a separate gift card (“bonus card”).

The bonus card is subject to the same terms of use as the standard ROYALMOUNT gift card.

Purchase limit: CAD $5,000 per customer, per day.

Eligibility criteria
This promotion is offered exclusively to individuals present on site who purchase a gift card at the ROYALMOUNT Concierge counter during the promotional period. Purchases made online or outside the designated promotional area are not eligible. ROYALMOUNT may verify the identity and eligibility of participants (photo ID required in cases of suspected fraud, resale, or split purchases).

Purchase limits and conditions
• Eligible minimum transaction: CAD $500 (before bonus).
• Cap: CAD $5,000 per person, per day (all transactions combined).
• Maximum balance per gift card: CAD $1,000. Multiple cards may be issued to comply with this limit.
• The 5% bonus is calculated on the eligible purchase amount and rounded to the nearest cent. Example: $500 → $25 bonus card.
• Split purchases intended to circumvent limits or purchases for resale: ROYALMOUNT reserves the right to refuse or cancel the bonus.

Accepted payment methods
All standard payment methods are accepted, except for cash and cheques.
The use of prepaid cards or third-party gift cards to purchase ROYALMOUNT gift cards may be subject to additional restrictions.
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay are also accepted (when available).

Refund and exchange policy
All gift card purchases made as part of this promotion are final sales. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted, subject to applicable Québec laws.

Use of gift cards
ROYALMOUNT gift cards, including bonus cards, may be used only at participating retailers within the ROYALMOUNT complex. They are not reloadable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

Protection of personal information (Law 25)
As part of the administration of this promotion, ROYALMOUNT may collect and verify certain information (e.g., name, visual proof of identity, payment method) solely for the purposes of: (i) preventing fraud, (ii) enforcing per-customer limits, and (iii) complying with legal obligations. The information collected is minimized, retained for a limited period necessary for these purposes (verification and audit period), and then securely destroyed.

Availability and end of the promotion
Promotional gift cards are offered in limited quantities and will be distributed while supplies last. The promotion ends automatically once bonus cards are exhausted, even before February 17, 2026. ROYALMOUNT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to end, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time and without notice, including in cases of fraud, error, operational constraint, or business decision, in accordance with applicable Québec laws.

Legal notice
This offer is administered by ROYALMOUNT in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Québec, including applicable provisions relating to prepaid cards/gift cards (no expiration date and no fees, subject to exceptions permitted by law, e.g., replacement).

Any dispute arising from this promotion is governed by the laws of Québec and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.

Gift cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Funds loaded onto ROYALMOUNT gift cards are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC).

By participating in this promotion, the participant acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
ROYALMOUNT reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants.
